Shipping usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location. We recommend ordering before October 20th to make sure your pup’s costume arrives before Halloween night.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime using our “Track My Order” page or by contacting us at Aperostores@Gmail.com.

If your costume arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Since our products are custom-packed, we can’t accept returns for other reasons.

Yes! All our costumes are made with soft, breathable materials to keep your pet comfortable while they steal the show. 🐾
