We want you (and your pup!) to love your costume this Halloween.
If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at AperoStores@gmail.com
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your costume arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Late Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from shipment, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
Keep in mind: Halloween is our busiest season!
Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early so your costume arrives before the big night.
Change of Mind
Since our costumes are shipped directly from our suppliers and prepared individually, we can’t accept returns for reasons other than damage or delay.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
