Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. Because we work with a global fulfillment partner, refunds are only available when we are at fault (damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, or extreme shipping delays).


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Just email us within 30 days with clear photo or video proof.


Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product, color, or size, or something is missing, send us photos of the item + packaging and we’ll fix it immediately.


Orders Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, a non-delivery certificate from your postal carrier is required before we can help.


Shipping Delays

We can refund or resend your order if it hasn’t arrived after:

45 days (U.S.)

60 days (Global)

110 days (Brazil)


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they begin processing or shipping.


Eligibility Window

Refunds or replacements can only be issued within 90 days of purchase.
